Today, I was searching for a job online for a camp somewhere not in Ontario. Mainly in the states somewhere... Upon telling my lovely father that this is what I have been spending my day doing.. He made some guilty ass comment like "why doesnt my little girl want to stay with her father.. im going to be all alone & be a big loser" Now my dad is a goof, an absolute character. We have had our rough patches.. Actually rough months, & years at times.. Believe me, we have seen the worst side of eachother more then we should have. I dont really give this guy much credit.. & I realized today he is a pretty rad fellow. Yes, he does sometimes piss me right the hell off when hes in a bad mood & I just happen to be the only one home, but I dont blame him. I didnt see this guy for 5 months when I went away to Alberta, & seeing him in January when him & his Gf made a visit was probably one of the most exciting times ever. I love my dad. I had a shit childhood & im lucky my dad was around to kinda keep me in line. I have never wanted to let my dad down, but im sure I have, Ive always tried to be the best I could be for him. I have one thing that I DONT thank my dad for, but it does put some comedy in our lives & he still uses the nick name to this day. "Stink" yes, that is what my lovely papa calls me. I guess he really hated changing my diapers & well thats the name he came up with. So thanks dad for giving me the most humilating nick name ever. Funny thing is.. ive had boys over & friends over & it never phases me that he says it infront of them.. haha ohh im a good sport.

Too Legit

This gal has been in my life since kindergarten. We sat beside eachother on the carpet.. got split up (all the time for talking), we pretended our lunch boxes were tvs, our juice was medicine that we didnt want to take & we faught ... ALL THE TIME. Guardian Angels to Monsignore Lee to Patrick Fogarty.. & now my little girl is off to University. This girl was by far the most excited to see me when I got home from Alberta & I couldnt have been anymore excited to see her.

Elizabeth also known as: Betsy, Bets, Pretzel, Liza & many other random names I have come up with over time. Shes got a rad sense of style, which is totally her own. She is funny, down to earth, sometimes a little spacey but never the less its totally worth it. Ive played soccer with this cat for many years, went on too many bike rides, got her leg cut open & broke her bike. Hung out at my Gmas and made pants, bought batons at the dollar store. Its never a dull moment. You Name It, We've probably done it.

No matter what Betsy and I have stayed friends. We have had many fights, many moments where we dont talk for a long period of time.. but it hasnt changed anything. This girl I could hang out with, do nothing & it could be the best day.
Pretty much shes a babe.. No matter what I have her back & im sure if I ever needed anything she would be there. She is always there for a laugh, & a date to Raz.

Plan of Action

so I have come up with a plan of action.. This plan is going to begin in the near near future.. Probably within the next few minutes. The plan is im going to do a rant on some of the people in my life who I think are rad as sin. So.. keep it trill..and lurk the shit out of my blog. So, I come home from Alberta.. there is a present on my bed. Wrapped in Christmas paper so I knew it would more than likely be the present from Linda's Family Gift exchange. It was a big box... i was quite curious as to what it may be. I unwrapped it to see a Magic Bullet. Now.. in the corner of my room is where that Magic Bullet has sat until yesterday. Linda bought some frozen mango's so i made a smoothie. This smoothie was a success.. good thing cause I wasnt really feeling the magic bullet in the first place. (Any type of kitchen appliances or homey type shit .. always comes off to me as another hint to move out and find my own place to live) Since yesterday.. I have been making crazzy shit with this magic bullet. Tonight I have been drinking fab cafe mocha's.. Who knew.. this thing is Gangst... LEGIT.

We Go On Adventures

Miss Samantha and I go on adventures to take pictures. This is becoming a ritual, one of which that Im enjoying a little too much. Sam's hardcore though... she does the REAL photography thing.. and gets her shit developed. I on the other hand don't have that kind of patience ... so I rep the Rebel & check that shit on the double.

Todays adventure was pretty mellow. Took good ol' Leo for a stroll at the ghetto Couchiching Park. That place has a little beauty.. You have to look real hard but its there. Yesterday was quite the day. We once again found ourselves driving ... and driving.. no clue where we were... came across some lovely things.. which we will probably never be able to find again. I found what i thought was an abandoned house... which... apparently wasnt? (That fact.. we still dont know for sure) BUT what I do know.. is that a tractor pulling into the place gives me a feeling that that dump was still being occupied. Lurk the Fo-toes

so, for the first few days that I was home.. Life in Otown was quite gay. Its getting better.. Slowly but surely. Nothing has really changed... the A&P turned into Metro? What that is all about i have no clue. I think its retarded. My good friend Elizabeth got together... enjoyed some hills breaky.. and a smoothie from our lovely Raz. She mentioned to me how I havent written on my blog in quite some time. So I figured its probably time to catch up on it.. make a few posts.. and get back in the swing.

I think i need to go out and take photos one night real soon. I havent done much of that since i have been home. Probably time to do that.

I never realized my addiction to Starbucks until I bought a tumbler. A venti tumbler.. ugh. It has been filled with London Fogs & Caramel Machiatto's. I should really step outside the box & try something new.. But the comfort of knowing I will love my almost five dollar beverage is grand.

One of the things I really love about Starbucks is the words of wisdom it brings me. Many times someone would be in mid converasation & I would blurt out what the inspiring cup says..

My lovely friend Sam Vessios was lurking my pics on facebook & commented on a picture of my Starbucks that I took one early morning in Banff. There is no better combination then having Starbucks.. & looking out the shop window to see mountains.. ahhh I can't wait to go back... <3

What Iam a fan of though was all the crazzy bums, & useless people that hangout in the streets of the downtown core. But, I guess thats what makes the town unique. Tuesday I was hella bored cause my lovely sister has to be working. whoohoo. NAT. Being stuck in one area of Cow town.. SUCKS. So yesterday, I felt ambitious and decided to take public transit downtown & lurk around take some pictures. I also ventured up the Calgary tower.. which may I add.. Not as good of a view as the CN tower..

Last day in Medicine Hat Alberta. :)
Sunday night the staff from Hidden Valley all came out to the Buckle and had a rad night out. It got pretty loose.
The hat supported some extremely drunken nights... winning money.. & being retarded. Im going to miss some of the people in the hat.. Hopefully ill be back.. :)
Yesterday.. had a sweet few hours at COP with good ol' Justin .. Landed a few hand plants.. good times there.. hahaa
And now.. here I sit.. 8am. at my sisters pad... planning my day out..
My sister is sweet shit.. we didnt really get along before.. but I guess now that im older.. her and I are kinda on the same level.
